Step 1
Place the watercress in a bowl of cold water to rinse well, then dry.
Step 2
Whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice and olive oil to emulsify. Add the sesame seeds to the vinaigrette. Toss the watercress in the vinaigrette to coat. Serve.
