Cilantro Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1


In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook cilantro and garlic in oil over medium heat for 1 minute. Add potatoes; cook and stir until tender and lightly browned, 20-25 minutes. Drain. Sprinkle with salt.
