Step 1
Place chickpeas in a large bowl; mash to desired consistency. Stir in onion, celery, mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, parsley, fresh dill, mustard, salt, paprika and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
