Sugar-Free Jam
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
3 cups chopped fruit
2 tablespoons Tapioca Starch
Directions:
Boil water. Add in the chopped fruit.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of Tapioca Starch with a little water. Boil for about 10 minutes. Cook and boil down for about 10 minutes. Stirring often. If you want thicker jam, increase tapioca starch.
Pour into sterile jars. Enjoy!!!
