Roasted Spiced Chickpeas

Ingredients:
2 cups chickpeas, precooked
1/4 cup olive oil (just enough oil to lightly coat the chickpeas)
1/4 tsp. red curry powder
1/4 tsp. yellow curry powder
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400*F. In a small bowl, mix together all the spices. Pour chickpeas into another bowl & drizzle with enough olive oil to lightly coat the beans. Stir. Pour in the spices & mix thoroughly. Pour the chickpeas onto a baking sheet & spread them around so they are in an even layer. Bake for 20 mins. Give the pan a shake & bake for another 20-25 mins., until they are crispy on the outside & still soft on the inside. Let chickpeas cool before you pop them in your mouth.
