Raw Cashew Milk

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews
3 cups water
2 tbsp. agave nectar or honey
1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
Blend the cashews & water in a high speed blender. Blend very well so that the liquid resembles a thin milk. Add the remaining recipe ingredients & blend again. This raw cashew milk can be used as is or served as a milk substitute in baking recipes.
