Quinoa Stir Fry

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked Quinoa
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Celery, sliced
1/2 cup Carrot, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
1 cup Broccoli, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 tsp. Spike or Vegit
2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce (or Soy Sauce or Braggs Amino)

Directions:
Saute Vegetables, Garlic, Almonds & Seeds in Olive Oil, until Vegetables are tender crisp. Add seasonings & cooked Quinoa. Stir until mixed & warmed through. Add Teriyaki Sauce (or Soy/Braggs). Serve immediately.
