One Dish Rosemary Chicken & White Beans

Ingredients:
2 tsp. olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. dried rosemary salt & black pepper, to taste
8 skinless & boneless chicken thighs (about 1 lb.)
1 tin (14.5oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1-3/4 cups pre cooked navy beans
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped

Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Combine rosemary, salt & pepper; sprinkle over one side of chicken. Place chicken in a pan with seasoned side down, cook for 3 mins. reduce heat to medium & turn chicken. Add tomatoes & beans, cover & simmer for 10 mins. or until chicken is done. Stir in olives
