Minty Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed Milk
1/4 tsp. Peppermint Extract
3-4 drops Green Food Colouring
16 Fudge Mint Cookies, coarsely crushed
1-1/2 cups frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
1 prepared Chocolate Crumb Pie Crust

Directions:
In a large bowl, beat Cream Cheese with a mixer until fluffy; gradually beat in Milk until smooth. Stir in Extract & Food Colouring & Crushed Cookies. Fold in Whipped Topping & pour into the crust. Chill at least 3 hrs. Garnish with chocolate shavings/cookie crumbs.
