Hummus

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
14oz. (400g) chickpeas, cooked
1/2 cup tahini
1 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender & process until smooth, scraping the sides occasionally.
Spread the hummus in a nice plate & garnish with parsley, cayenne pepper & olive oil; serve with pita bread, crackers or vegetables.
