Honey Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
1 Ib. Carrots, peeled & diagonally sliced, 1/2" thick
2 Tbsp. Honey
1/2 cup Blanched Slivered Almonds, Toasted
1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
Directions:
Cook Carrots in a small amount of water until almost tender.
Drain & drizzle with Honey. Cook over low heat for about 1 min. until Carrots are glazed & hot. Stir in Almonds & Parsley. Serves 6.
