Honey & Oat Drop Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Shortening
1 cup Honey
2 cups Rolled Oats
1-1/2 cups Thompson Raisins
2 cups Sifted All Purpose flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Milk
Directions:
Cream Butter & Shortening; gradually blend in Honey. Add Rolled Oats & Raisins. Sift dry ingredients & stir in alternately with Milk. Blend thoroughly & drop by teaspoons, two inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 mins. at 375*F (190*C). Makes 5 dozen cookies.
