Glazed Almonds

Ingredients:
4 tbsp. Butter (no substitutes), divided
2 cups Blanched Whole Almonds
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Line the baking sheet with foil. Grease foil with 1 tbsp. butter; set aside. In a large heavy skillet, combine Almonds, Sugar & remaining Butter. Cook & stir over med. heat for 6-8 mins.
Buter. Cook al
or until sugar is golden brown. Remove from heat; carefully stir in Vanilla. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with Salt immediately. Cool before breaking into pieces.
