Eatmore Bars

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
3/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Cocoa or Carob Powder
1/2 cup Raw Sesame Seeds (or Pumpkin, or Sunflower)
1/4 cup unsweetened Flaked Coconut

Directions:
Melt together the peanut butter and honey and remove from heat. Add cocoa or carob powder. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Press into an 8"x8" greased pan & refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut into squares.
