Butter Tart Squares
Ingredients:
BASE:
2-1/4 cups Flour
3 tbsp. Icing Sugar
3/4 cup Margarine
TOPPING:
3 Eggs, beaten
2 cups Brown Sugar
1/2 cup melted Butter
2 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1-1/2 cups Golden Raisins
Directions:
For the base: Cut together with a pastry blender. Pat into a 9x13" pan & bake at 350*F for 15 mins.
For the topping: Mix all ingredients together & pour over base.
Bake at 350*F for 20-25 mins.
