Buckwheat Pilaf w/ Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 Cup Buckwheat Groats
3-1/2 Cups Water
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Chicken Soup Base
1 Tsp. Dehydrated Marjoram
1/2 Tsp. Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp. Chive Flakes
3/4 Cup Dehydrated Mushroom Flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. In a medium casserole dish add Buckwheat Groats & water. Then mix in all remaining ingredients. Cover & place in the oven for approx. 30 minutes to cook Buckwheat Groats & rehydrate all seasonings. Stir occasionally.
