Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients:
1 Cup Sifted All-Purpose Flour
3 tbsp. Sugar
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Milk
1 Egg
2 tbsp. Salad Oil
1 large Ripe Banana

Directions:
Into a large mixing bowl, sift together Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder & Salt. Stir in Rolled Oats. Put Milk, Egg & Salad Oil in a blender container. Holding peeled Banana over a blender, cut fruit into a container. Blend until mixture is smooth. Pour Banana mixture over dry ingredients; stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 425*F for 20-25 mins. Makes 8 to 10 muffins.
