Blue Cheese Dressing

Preparation

Step 1


In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, half of the blue cheese, semi-skimmed milk, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and salt, until smooth.


Step 2


Gently stir in the remaining blue cheese and season with pepper to taste. Use now or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  • 50g crumbled Maytag or other blue cheese, divided

  • 125ml light cream

  • 2 tbsps sour cream

  • 1 tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper
