Mango yoghurt white rum smoothie

Preparation

Step 1


Combine mango, yoghurt, nectar, rum and 200g of crushed ice in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Sweeten with simple syrup, if needed.


Step 2


Divide among 4 glasses and serve.

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped

  • 450ml Greek yoghurt

  • 120ml mango nectar

  • 120ml white rum

  • Crushed ice

  • 30 to 60ml simple syrup, depending on sweetness of mangoes
