RAISINS GOLDEN

Golden raisins are produced by harvesting green seedless grapes and mechanically drying them in the presence of sulfur dioxide for color retention. Golden raisins have a higher level of moisture and are plumper than dark raisins. These are lightly oiled, which allows them to not stick together.
