Preparation

Step 1


Heat milk, water, granulated sugar to a boil, remove from heat and stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips until they melt into milk. Pour into small mugs or cups and top with whipped cream swirls and crushed toffee.

  • 960ml whole milk

  • 120ml water

  • 100g granulated sugar

  • 170g dark chocolate, chopped

  • 60g butterscotch chips

  • 240ml double cream, whipped

  • 1 toffee bar, (recommended: heath bars)
