Chocolate raspberry fizz: Christmas special

Preparation

Step 1


In a pint glass, crush the raspberries. Add the chocolate and hazelnut liqueurs and crush again. Add the stout beer and then pour into a champagne flute.


Step 2


Pour champagne or sparkling wine over the back of a spoon into the glass to top off the drink. Garnish the rim with a fresh raspberry.

  • 5 raspberries, fresh or frozen

  • 15ml chocolate liqueur

  • 15ml hazelnut liqueur

  • 90ml Guiness or stout beer

  • 90ml Champagne or sparkling wine

  • Raspberry for garnish
