Ingredients
240g natural yoghurt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
100g finely chopped onion
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp finely chopped green olives
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine yoghurt, vegetable oil, tomato sauce, lemon juice, mustard powder, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until blended. Add onion, sweet pickle relish, olives, and jalapeno and whisk to combine evenly. Chill 1 hour.
