Ingredients
250ml prepared mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely chopped gherkins
1 tbsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/4 tsp finely chopped fresh tarragon
1 1/2 tbsps chopped capers
1 small spring onion, white and green, minced
1/4 tsp finely grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 to 3 drops hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, cornichons, parsley, tarragon, capers, spring onions, lemon zest and juice. Add the hot sauce, if using.
Step 2
Refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavours to come together.
