Ingredients
480g tomato ketchup
240ml water
120ml apple cider vinegar
70g light brown sugar
40g caster sugar
1/2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp ground mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hr 15 mins.
