Ingredients
1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 heaped teaspoon freshly chopped basil
1 heaped teaspoon freshly chopped mint
1/2 dessertspoon freshly chopped oregano
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Bring to the boil and continue to cook and reduce until the mixture thickens to a pizza sauce consistency.
Step 2
Use on top of fresh pasta or pizza, or with meat dishes of your choice.
