Ingredients
250g mayonnaise
3 tbsp chopped capers
10 tbsp chopped cocktail gherkins (cornichons)
2 tbsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill before serving to let the flavours blend.
