Ingredients
½ cup unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups heavy whipping cream
½ (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch salt, or to taste
1 pinch ground nutmeg, or to taste
1 pinch ground white pepper, or to taste

Gather the ingredients.
Step 2
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until well incorporated and melted, about 5 to 7 minutes.
