About the Recipe


  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ½ cup cold water

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin syrup (such as Torani®)

  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 packets stevia-erythritol sweetener (such as Truvia®), or to taste

  • 5 cubes ice


Step 1

Combine pumpkin puree, almond milk, water, pumpkin syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until well combined, 5 to 10 seconds. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
