Ingredients

  • 8 ounces frozen mixed berries

  • 2 small bananas, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces, and frozen

  • 6 ounces vanilla yoghurt, preferably whole milk

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey

Add all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
