Ingredients

  • 16 fresh mint leaves, torn in half

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 2 (5.3 ounce) containers nonfat strawberry-flavored Greek yogurt (such as Dannon® Light & Fit)

  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk

  • 1 small avocado, cut into chunks
