About the Recipe


  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 tablespoon Hershey’s Cocoa (unsweetened)

  • 2 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened, vanilla)

  • 1 scoop of protein (chocolate flavored)

  • 1⁄4 cup nonfat yogurt (plain)

  • 3 dates


Step 1

Add all ingredients (plus one cup of ice) into a blender. Cover the blender with the lid and press firmly. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
