Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup cooked beets, chopped

  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yoghurt

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

Step 1


Place the strawberries, beets, yoghurt, cocoa and honey in the carafe of a high-powered blender. 


Step 2


Blend until a thick smoothie forms, about 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled serving glass.
