About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100g sugar

  • 120ml water

  • 250ml plain Greek yoghurt

  • 200g frozen raspberries

  • 120ml apple juice or cider

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 450g ice

Preparation

Step 1


In a small saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil over medium-high heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes.


Step 2


Pour the cooled syrup into a blender. Add the yoghurt, raspberries, apple juice, vanilla, and ice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.


Step 3


Pour into glasses and serve.
