Ingredients
1 1/2 cups ice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milkÂ
1/2 cup coconut waterÂ
3 tablespoons walnut piecesÂ
2 dried dates, pitted and coarsely choppedÂ
1/2 medium banana, peeledÂ
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the ice, almond milk, coconut water, walnuts, dates and banana in the blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
