About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced

  • 250g frozen strawberries, raspberries, or cherries

  • 240ml milk

  • 120g plain or vanilla yoghurt

  • 120ml freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 2 to 3 tbsp honey or to taste

Preparation

Step 1


Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.


Step 2


Pour into glasses and serve.
