About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
12 ounces canned tuna, packed in olive oil, drained
1/2 medium shallot, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
a few dashes of hot sauce. to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until just smooth. Taste, and add additional salt and hot sauce, as needed. Serve spread on a baguette, or as a dip with crackers and crudités
