About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a ripe pineapple, peeled and cored

  • Salt

  • Cayenne pepper

  • 2 tbsps chopped fresh mint leaves

  • 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves

  • Lime wedges

Preparation

Step 1


Cut the pineapple into bite size wedges or slices.


Step 2


Put the salt, cayenne pepper, mint, coriander, and limes into small bowls. Squeeze a bit of lime juice onto the fruit.


Step 3


Lightly dip the pineapple into a little salt and as much cayenne as you like and finish with the mint and coriander.
