Malted marshmallow white chocolate royale

Ingredients

  • 375ml whipping cream

  • 375ml whole milk

  • 200g malted milk powder

  • 110g white chocolate, chopped

  • 50g marshmallow creme

  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence

  • Whipped cream, for topping

Preparation

Step 1


In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients, except vanilla essence and whipped cream, and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate has melted. Add vanilla essence. Reduce heat to low and keep warm.


Step 2


When ready to serve, top each serving with whipped cream.
