Ingredients
4 mini croissants, sliced in 1/2
150g small marshmallows
4 thin squares good-quality dark chocolate
Coarse sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Over a heated, medium-low griddle, toast the croissants for 1 minute. Remove from the griddle and divide the marshmallows and chocolate onto each croissant.
Step 2
Sprinkle with coarse salt and place the top slice of the croissant back to make a sandwich. Place the croissants back on the griddle. Close the griddle cover allowing the chocolate and marshmallow to melt, about 30 to 45 seconds.
Step 3
Remove the croissants from the grill and serve warm.
