Ingredients
225 g pretzel rods
225 g almonds
3 (115 g) bars semisweet chocolate, melted (recommended: Valrhona chocolate)
8 long-stemmed strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Chop pretzels and nuts and place in 2 separate bowls.
Step 2
Chop the chocolate.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until the chocolate is smooth and velvety.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and then into the pretzels or nuts. Place on the paper and leave to set and room temperature.
