Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a large sheet pan.

In a small bowl, mix together all the fajita seasoning ingredients.

Place the sliced chicken, bell peppers, onion, and garlic on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the chicken and vegetables. Toss well to coat.
Step 4
Spread the chicken and vegetables into an even layer on the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Wrap the flour tortillas in foil and warm them in the oven for the final 5 minutes of cooking.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
Step 6
Serve hot with warmed tortillas and your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and shredded cheese. Enjoy!

1 1⁄2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/2-inch thick strips
3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), cored and sliced into strips
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
8-10 small flour tortillas
Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and shredded cheese
Fajita Seasoning:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1⁄2 teaspoons paprika
1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
