Dried Prune Jam

Dried Prune Jam


- 8 oz (1.5 cups)
- 1 cup water, (+ a few additional Tablespoons)
- ½ tsp cinnamon


1. Add prunes and 1 cup water to a saucepan over low heat.

2. Cook for about 20-30 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly and mashing the prunes with a wooden spoon. (When water is gone, add another few Tbsp as needed.)

3. When a jelly consistency is reached, turn off heat and stir in ½ tsp cinnamon. (Add salt or sugar if desired, to taste.)

4. Store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
