Pretzel Turtle Bites


INGREDIENTS:
 

24 pretzels
24 caramel Dove chocolate squares, unwrapped *You can also use caramel kisses or Rolos!
24 pecan halves

Cooking Directions:
 

1. Preheat the oven to 180°f (82°c)

2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.


3. Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the cookie sheet.


4. Top each pretzel with an unwrapped dove caramel square.


5. Place in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.


6. Immediately after taking them out of the oven, press a pecan half into the top of the dove caramel square, pressing down gently.


7. Allow the treats to cool completely (you can toss in the fridge to speed up this process) before serving.

8. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Small cookies: 8-10 minutes. Larger cookies: 10-12 minutes.
